You will need:
Grass Feed Beef Bones
or
Organically Raised Chicken Bones
Water
Optional Ingredients:
Garlic
Onion
Carrot
Rosemary
Put the bones in a crock-pot. Cover with filtered water. Set
it to high and leave for 6-24 hours. The longer the better. I also add a bit of
rosemary, garlic, carrot, & onion for added flavor. If you do not have a crock-pot, then you can simmer this on your stove top at very low heat. Be sure to monitor it.
