Gluten Free Cheesesteak Roll



Sautee cheesesteak meat (shaved steak) in your choice of oil (Olive Oil)
Add to taste: salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder


2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (Or Your Choice of Sweetner)
Add 3 Egg Whites
Whip until frothy
½ Cup of Plain Yogurt
1 ¼ Cup Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 ¼ Tsp Xanthan Gum
1 Tbsp Apple Cider

Blend Together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the “Roll” mixture the length and width of the baking sheet.* Bake for 5-8 minutes on 350◦.

Take it out and put the steak meat on one side of the roll long ways. Add 2 cups of your favorite cheese or line the top with sliced provolone cheese. Using the parchment paper as a form guide, roll the breading until you have a thick roll.

Brush with a little oil. Bake for another 10 minutes or so until brown. Allow to sit for a minute or so and then slice and enjoy!
